We want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our support team immediately for a priority replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RY account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our beauty concierge team with your order number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging with all protective seals intact to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
